Since 2008 I have worked in the field of mental health, helping people to live happier, more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about how psychotherapy and counselling can powerfully benefit both individuals and society at large.

I am a fully-qualified UKCP psychotherapist and am additionally registered with the BACP. I have undertaken rigorous, doctoral-level training in order to provide high-quality therapy.

I am a clinical member of both the Southern Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (SAFPAC), and of the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA).

I have amassed considerable experience in therapeutic work with adults and children.
