Since 2008 I have worked in the field of mental health, helping people to live happier, more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about how psychotherapy and counselling can powerfully benefit both individuals and society at large.
I am a clinical member of both the Southern Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (SAFPAC), and of the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA).
I have amassed considerable experience in therapeutic work with adults and children.
